Saint Laurent shift dress

Micro heart mini shift dress by Saint Laurent. The dress features a puffed shoulder and measures 32” long from shoulder to hem. The measurements across the chest is 18.5” and the dress measures 18” across all the way down. There is no size tag so am guessing this is a size 4.
