It's likely the discoloration could be lightened/ bleached out, but also to have something with minor damage gives you more freedom to wear them without great concern for ruining the pristine condition Measurements flat; Hip width about 15inch Hip to bottom about 36.5inch These were given to me but I have a couple other pairs of white jeans, so I decided not to keep this pair
