Sailor striped mini dress.

I have worn this dress once. Unfortunately, I purchased it and it really was too small when I purchased it and it does not fit me. Very lightly worn. Purchased from a boutique and the brand is Blue Rain. Note that I am marking this dress as an extra small size fitting, even though the tag says medium. It fits like an extra small dress.
