Sailor Moon Circle Skater Skirt, Size Large, NWOT Continuing the closet clean out. So, I got this skirt from Etsy—features a Chibi sailor scout design. I can’t remember if the seller designed the fabric too it was like 2013/14—anywhoo, it’s that stretchy Blackmilk feeling, has fullness and stretch. No defects noted. Tags did not come attached to the skirt so it is still “NWT” as you can see in last photo, the sizing sticker is still attached. From smoke free and fur free home.
