Sailor Halloween costume

Worn once! I tore the tag out because it was itchy but I only wear size small costumes. The back is elastic and sags a bit more than a usual small so there's room for a bigger bust than what I have or if you're my size I just tucked the back into my bra a bit to hold it up and the cape covered that fact. Comes with the hat
