Dress is from Billy J. Size small. The dress itself is marked as a US 4 and a UK 8. Their website has the small listed as an 8. This dress is new with tags. Would have to be steamed to look like stock photo. Nothing wrong with the dress. It just didn’t fit and it was final sale. Bought for 80 but selling for 60 OBO.
