Sage green white polka dotted midi dress

Hits a few inches below the knee on a 5’ 4” frame. Lovely stitching on the top half. Lower half has a lining that hits an inch or two above the knee then the top layer is semi sheer the rest of the skirt length. This runs small IMO - I usually wear a small top; M dresses are usually too big on the top half for me but this fits really well.
