hey! Does this lean towards a true small or could a size medium comfortably fit in it?

@beachlerm1 yes, a size Medium would still be comfortable in this skirt! It has a nice stretchy and comfortable elastic band at the top. Also, I am a Medium, and this skirt fits me just fine! (I'm 125 lbs and 5'7.) This skirt can be worn comfortably at the hips or the waist.
