I love this skirt by Sag Harbor Woman. It is vintage 1990s and in excellent condition. It is from my personal skirt collection. It has been gently worn several times. It has no defects/rips/stains/etc. It has some serious flow to it! It is cool in the Summer and can be worn with tall boots in the Fall/Winter. The colors are super vibrant! The tag lists the size as 1X, but it fits my waist (which is 23'). It is fully adjustable via drawstring (all bells&beads are still attched to the drawstring). Material is 100% Rayon.
