Saeteesh outrageous 2 piece full length Dress

Offered for sale is a gorgeous Saeteesh outrageous 2 piece full length Dress. There is no size in this, and I believe may have been tailored made to fit a size 10. The top is made out of lace and has huge puffed sleeves and has buttons down the front. The skirt is 16 inches across at the waist and is 41 inches long. From armpit to armpit the top is 21 inches.
