New without tags. Bought this at a sample sale. There are a couple of marks from being in the racks in the store. Very small and not noticeable and it should come out in the dry cleaners. There’s a very small section of the zipper on the back of the dress that looks as though it was stretched slightly. It’s not noticeable when wearing and it doesn’t impact the zipper or show any skin.
