It isn’t noticeable when wearing the dress as it’s located in the underarm area, but could easily be cut off if desired. For reference, I’m 5’6” and 154 lbs. The 10 was a bit loose on me. The dress is very comfortable due to smock detailing on the sides of the dress, underneath the arms.
