Made this for Halloween this year!! It’s not perfect, but it sure looks like when it’s on!!! The skirt is a lace pink table cloth that I pinned around light pink shorts (will include). I will also include the white garters. The top fits me as a 34b. It will fit great on anyone with small torso.
