Sabre France Large Cheese Knife

Sabre France crafts very high quality cutlery, and this knife is no exception. Very sharp polished stainless blade with faint scratch shown on side with Sabre engraving, and perfect on the back. I’ve tried to show this in the pics. Acrylic handle resembles Mother of Pearl. Gold tone collar. Now a retired pattern, I bought this many years ago, feeling that it resembles my fav brand, Laguiole.
