Sabo Skirt high/low dress

Reposhing this item I purchased from @mfasking. Loved it, but ready to rotate for something new. It ended up being too small for me so it's never been worn, tags still attached as in photos. I do want to point out this dress is really short in front. I would suggest wearing it with shorts or leggings if you are tall.
