Purchased from another Posher--they had worn it one time. The sleeves are ADORABLE. Dress is very casual, chic. I LOVE this dress but never wore it because it was a little too short for me, I’m 5’8”. Perfect condition. Does not come with belt. Measurements in comments.

charmmyk @elma3 I'm 5'8". I probably could've worn without issues/anyone noticing, but it was too short for my personal comfort. I'll measure it top to bottom for you if that helps....

charmmyk @elma3 it's 27" top to bottom (but remember to leave a few inches for the top area too because it's off the shoulder-- wearing it starts at chest). Added a photo for measurement reference.

charmmyk @phuodoan I'm a 26-27" and it fits me and is very, very form-skinning. It's fitted material with an elastic/scrunch effect, so I imagine it would work fine on a 25-26" waist also.
