Sabino Bird On Dish Tray Plate Ring Dish, Maybe. Sparrow! Very rare.

Rare, I say rare because I can’t even find this anywhere, little bird sparrow trinket dish bowl tray plate. It’s about 3-4.5 inches long including the bird. The one picture makes it look like there’s a neck on the one wing could be I’m not sure. It is signed on the bottom as well.
