Dark navy 100%polyester, fully lined, elastic at waist and a drawstring, also elastic at bottom of both legs with zippers as well as shown in pic 2. Only flaw I could find is a little wear at elastic on one leg shown in pic 3. Good for much more wear though and not noticeable when wearing.
