tuo1953 @lisafletcher344 can’t cancel but again sent note to support addressing all that’s going on which is zip on their end. This is my 3rd note to support which gets a reply in 1-3 days. Second response was you to reach out to them. Obviously, no one is reading all our comments on the jacket page and as you know I can no longer comment there. Only other thing to do is ask my CC to cancel sale. Don’t know if they can do it.
