Sydney to go by Sydney Love Vintage Hotel collection rolling cart shopping bag. This rolling cart bag when folded is 14 x 81/2 inches. Can be easily carried at this length with the handles. Then opens up with wheels on the bottom and measures 21.5 x 13.5 inches(not including wheels & handles).  It’s in good condition, inside has slight marks.
