S/W/F Green Cutout Short Dress-SZ Small-NWT

This S/W/F green size small 100% cotton cutout short dress is a great combination of sweet and sexy! It is new with tags. The original price was $329 and it was on sale for $263. The side corpus are ruched and have a nice thickness to them-look great. The measurements of the dress are: Armpit to armpit: 15” (not including cutouts -which are 1.5” on each side. Total length of dress is: 32” The waist is elastic and has some stretch. The dress is NWT-never worn but it looks like there might be some light makeup around the collar-very faint so hard to tell but want to note it and a little tiny white spot (which I think is part of the fabric)see last two photos.
