Pretty rust colored sweater/cardigan by Jones New York Essentials Petite. This sweater has 3 large brown buttons at the neckline that can be buttoned up, with all or one button, or left open. The sleeve length looks like it would be long for a short armed person, or could be pushed up for 3/4 length sleeves. It is a small (PETITE SMALL) sweater that would be a waist length.
