sparkleblue27 @msmit245 Hello! I'm a 6 and it fits me well with a 28" waist. It's not a zip, it's pull over with a non visible elasticized waist however the waist is adjustable with the belt. I would tighten and loosen the belt depending on how high I wanted it to sit on my waist! What are your chest and waist measurements?
