New - W/O tags. Got this super cute & chill Insight top @ PacSun a few summers ago. Never got the chance to wear it; fits me a little small : / the cut of the top doesn't drape well on me. Only tried on, but unfortunately took off the tags - in excellent condition! Price negotiable. Just ask!
