blackwhiteluv @kketnick pit to pit in small without stretching it a lot is about 16" med pit to pit is about, medium is a bit more like 17.5" there is lots of give because waists are elastic and it can be laced up up in back loose or tight for more adjustment. I would normally wear a 4 in a dress as well and holding them up I'd say I would take the small. Hope this helps!😊

blackwhiteluv @vbotellodc sure shoulder to is is about 37 or 38" depending on where straps are adjusted. pit to pit is about 19" and there's stretch. 😊
