SUGAR LIPS - Skirt

This is a 'Sugar Lips' skirt. It is high waisted and has some pleats. It has a black trim around the bottom and a hidden zipper. It is also lined. This is a rare print, hard to find. The skirt is new never been worn. I cannot find a picture similar to this shirt so unfortunately I cannot show you what it looks like modeled.
