STUNNING high neck and low back dress

This dress is so stunning, I almost hate to part with it. It is rouched in the front with a high neck and low back. I had it altered to add boob pads and add extra clasps at the neck so it’s more supported. I am 5’5” and had it hemmed a bit at the end. I bought this for $520 and paid for alterations and to have it professionally dry cleaned.
