STUNNING black lace maxi high-low skirt

This black lace high low skirt is the perfect mix of classy, elegant and sexy. Brand new, only tried on, never worn. The ONLY reason I am selling it, is it to big for me. I'm a size 0-2 and this is One Size fits all because of the elastic waist, so I would have to wear it to low for it to fit. Could fit a size 4 and up to larger sizes.
