A late 19th/early 20th century Chinese silver cigarette case Embossed with dragons Stunning Antique Chinese Silver Cigarette Case By Kwan Wo. Stunning late 19th/early 20th Century Chinese Silver Cigarette Case of Good Weight & Superb Quality. Hallmarked with Chinese character marks & stamped with the makers mark K.W. for Kwan Wo of Hong Kong & Canton. Absolutly amazing. It may have been made to hold women’s dainty cigarettes or hand rolled small ones. Has oxidation and tarnish. Missing the elastic that held the cigarettes in place but notches are there if one wants to have the elastic added by a professional. Also has initials engraved as shown in photo. A few very small dents, nothing major.
