I was able to fit inside: 3 diapers, baby wipes, diaper cream, sanitizing wipes, and a burp cloth in the main compartment. can also fit a small 4oz bottle. front zipper compartment fits snack crackers/bars or sanitary napkins for mom. rear compartment is made for the changing pad. surprisingly roomy and comfortable. made changing baby easy to have this on my chest while baby was on the changing table. can also be used as a regular Fanny pack or cross chest bag.
