STOLE FROM ME, AND THEN BLOCKED ME COWARDLY!!! Promised to return a handbag to me and then never did, the bag was a gift from my SICK MOTHER and instead of fulfilling her promise to me to send it back, she blocks me and decides to keep it!!! DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH @nmillermusic — I am beyond heartbroken! Who does something like this?!

nmillermusic Hi, according to US code 18 2320 I was made aware I could not return the item as it was counterfeit without breaking federal law. I did as PM asked, and was not willing to break the law once I was made aware. I blocked you because I was uncomfortable with how you were treating me. I would really not like to have to report you to PM, please remove this and let us both move forward. I wish you the best of luck in your future endeavors.

seasons222 @nmillermusic I believe if the item is counterfeit you do not want it in your possession. You should return it to the seller advising it is counterfeit. You are not charging the seller to return her item so you have made no financial gain. You have not represented to any potential buyer either you are selling it. You are simply returning an item that unfortunately you have learned is a fake.

nmillermusic @seasons222 this is what I thought originally! but evidently shipping it back to the seller is fraud in itself according to policy, which was a surprise to me. otherwise I would have shipped it back plain and simple. but once I was made aware I was forced to comply by Poshmark standard. it’s sad that it turned out this way for the seller, but I wasn’t going to break the law just because they were pressuring me :(

crissi_closet @nmillermusic you were the one that stole from me, so you can report me all you like. I did nothing wrong. I was given a gift, years later I decided to sell it, and you kept the item after buying it from me and never returned it to me after you PROMISED you would. Strange how you blocked me too, instead of just explaining the situation to me like rational adult) — you keep my item and block me. That’s stealing. YOU stole from me.
