STERLING N CORAL RING size 6/1/2. Absolutely loaded with gemstones OLD PAWN ???

This is beautiful as you can see it’s intricately made. This could very likely be an oldPAWN. It does appear to be that way. I’m not sure what tribe this came from but it’s definitely local artisan made just stunning in the design. I think it’s coral in the middle I can’t be 100% positive. I could be wrong, but please take a close look. I’m describing it is turquoise and coral but due to the fact that this is an inherited item I don’t know the exact origin. Please look at all pictures.
