This piece has a beautiful carbuncle polished amethyst crystal with angled ends. The sterling silver has been crafted with a geographic aztek design and can be worn to pin your favorite scarf or suspended from a silver chain. This jewelry piece is marked as Tobias A. Sterling Mexico. There is a mark on the stone that looks like there may be a crack in the stone. I can't determine if that is a flaw or just a part of the crystal and there slight bend to the pin as shown in the images.
