hi. when all the layers are worn together, do any of the hems hang below the top layer's? and are those tears at the shoulder?

@u3plo6 the tears at the shoulder yes .. the sheer material is super fragile just so you know. Also the under layer slip is adjustable so no it won’t hang lower then the sequin part.
