SPLENDID 1930s' OFF-WHITE COLORED HAT WITH CREASED CROWN, SQUARED OFF FRONT BRIM

This 1930s' off-white/cream colored hat consists of a very distinctive creased, round crown plus a squared off front crown. It mimics the look of a pith helmet. The brim is edged in black grosgrain, and the crown is surrounded by a grosgrain band, which ends in a stiff bow at the front. This bow has come unglued with time, but it does not show unless you try to inspect it up close. To finish this preppy look there is a black veil, which has a couple of almost unnoticeable breaks. The veil can be tucked on top of the brim, or worn over the face as shown.
