It was altered shorter. Please see photo for detailed interior lining conditions. The exterior looks great with some metallic shininess to it. Size tag and material tag are missing. It fit the mannequin perfectly and I have compared it to other dresses I have. It seems like size 4 or size small. Little bit stretchy.
