SPEECHLESS Black/Light Turquoise Lace & Tule Dress

This dress is absolutely adorable. 100% Polyester. Entire dress is a light turquoise w/ a black elastic waist. Top has a black lace like overlay, bottom has a layer of tule over it. There is a 1” flaw in the tule bottom front, not really noticed w/ how dress falls. See last pic. Hand wash cold, lay flat dry. Measures Approximately: 15” armpit to armpit, 12” waist, 24 1/2” from armpit to underlayer, and 26” armpit to bottom of tule. Color in last pic is off. Exposed silver zipper, zips up back.
