SOYBU Active Fashion short sleeved sweater dress XL

Bought at an airport in a clothing emergency and not warm again. It’s 20 inches across measured flat and 36 inches long from shoulder to hem. It’s very cute and comfortable, but the fabric is a little bumpy in places. They told me it was supposed to be this way, but I’m not sure. (See last two photos.)
