S.O.Y. black textured lace collar top

Jet black, sleeveless, sheer with raised pattern and lace. Top is very pretty white tiered lace. Back has one pearl like button with teardrop opening and solid color with no design. Pit to pit is 17.5” and pit to hem is 15.5”
