80s does victorian goth in this stunning fitted blouse. Sailor style collar trimmed with lace that ties at front. Buttons down front of bodice that is tailored to fit tightly. Princess puff sleeves trimmed with lace reach half way down arm. So special and unique. I would totally keep this but it doesn't look right on me Bust- 19" flat. Waist- 14" flat. Length- 20". No stretch. No flaws. Vintage size 11, would best fit xs-s in my opinion
