Hi there, Thanks for your inquiry. I would definitely consider this true to size. I'm 5"10", 150 lbs., wide shoulders, also fit between medium and large (need large for coat length due to being tall and long arms), and there is comfortably enough room if you want to wear a sweater or other thicker type of clothing underneath. Happy to provide more measurements at particular places on the coat if that would be helpful. Just let me know.
