ingridlillie @classyscsherie these boots are a wide calf style, but only have about 1/2” of stretch where you see the eleastic at the top. Otherwise they are all leather. I was an athlete too, so totally get it. I would take a tape measure and measure the fullest part of your calf and where that is and I am happy to measure the boot and confirm.
