twiggy113 The picture does not clearly show the burn...the pics are pretty dark...and the area where the burn is could have easily been overlooked as a shadow, unless notified to pay close attention to that specific flaw. Furthermore, "a few bumps along the way" hardly describes the major flaw of the burn, not to mention the crack in the canvas. While that phrase can be left up to ones own interpretation, it certainly doesn't adequately describe the nature or extent of the damage to the bag. Regardless, my re listing the bag is irrelevant, and frankly has nothing to do with wether or not you'd grant me a refund, but I am getting the impression that you're not willing to work with me...
