plentyobags @vikkivik70 Can you pull back the straps and look next to the canvas to see where they are attached to see if there's any sort of tearing in the canvas? I've had that issue with a Neverfull that I have.

plentyobags @vikkivik70 No, not the side strap things. I'm talking about the straps that go on your shoulders, where they attach to the canvas on the bag, if you pull them back some Neverfulls are torn behind them I guess when heavy objects are carried.
