Adorable Carter's dress in excellent condition. Buttons up in the back, capped sleeves, black tutu/tulle at bottom, flower on the waist, absolutely gorgeous! Size is 24 months, my daughter was able to wear until almost 3. The material is kind of a "formal" material: not soft like satin, not rough like cotton, somewhere in between. The lining makes it comfortable for the child to wear.
