alesia239 @ogpretty these are youth so they are a 7.5 women's size and I wear a 7 in women in sneakers and usually an 8 on heels these were a little big so I put some of the inserts in and they fit fine. It's up to you I can measure the bottom if you like and you can compare it to what you wear now! Just let me know
