Wonderful condition Vintage Tiffany & Co Elsa Peretti Open Heart Charm for a necklace. Great piece that you can move to any necklace! Went to the store & they deemed it 100% Authentic vintage item. Very good condition, minor scratches, but overall great! This is an iconic piece, you see it on the women around you, you see it on celebrities, in magazines, everywhere! This is so darling dangling from a chain! Dances as you move as it bounces, jumps and turns around your neck. A truly lovely piece!
