elishamarger how do these fit? i usually am a 27 in teaspoon shorts, however those run short. I am a standard 4/6 and 27 in jeans. I just do not want these to run big and be too baggy. Any way you could post a pic trying them on or let me know the fit? thanks!

pedwards01 @elishamarger I finally figured out my size in One Teaspoon. I had read they run small so bought a size 29 in the shorts and they were way too big. I also just lost a little bit of weight, so bought a few pair of the 27 thinking they would work, but not quite there yet. They're too snug.

pedwards01 @elishamarger I'm a size 6-8 or 28 now and the size 28 in One Teaspoon fit me dead on- both in the jeans and the shorts. I think the 27 would fit you well if you're a size 4-6 normally. I don't have a full length mirror to try on and these are too small anyways. Let me know if you need any measurements😊

elishamarger @pedwards01 I am super interested however there is no pic of the actual pants! Anyway to upload one? I would like to see the wash before I buy them. Thanks.

pedwards01
pedwards01 @elishamarger Yes, of course! I got sidetracked when initially uploaded some of my listings and forgot I never went back and took actual photos. Going to take a pic and once it's uploaded will tag you.😊

pedwards01 @elishamarger The last photo is a collage of my actual jeans. I can also post them in a separate listing if you like. I'm so sorry it took me a few days to get it posted. I unexpectedly had to go out of town.

elishamarger @pedwards01 no worries!! I like the super baggies too you have in the 27, any way you are willing to make a deal for both? You have them priced at the same price as the website!

2edgy @pedwards01 Dah & LOL! must have had 1 too many of 3 glasses of wine last night, hee hee .... I see now I had already checked out your closet last night, because I "liked these" and still do, but and SO, when you have the time, get back with me and educate me a little on these One Teaspoons and your fave couple, difference between some than others etc.

2edgy @pedwards01 I am just getting "tuned in" to them and recently bought randomly 2 diff pair, Trashed yes - but one is "1966" and one is "Vint Blue", both seem similar, yet slightly diff. And I'm loving them but they are in a 26 and that will prob be my size but just ever so slightly tight (that's my 50 something tummy prob, ha ha - in the waist, other than that, good.

2edgy @pedwards01 I could handle a little more boyfriend for a switch up in the legs, I guess but not a lot. Would love to try another style or 2 but need EXPERT opinions & HELP - (I am thinking I am liking the ones that aren't so much distressed all over yet are highly in the knee area, for one) maybe another a softer cotton and/or the 2% spandex thing -vs- the 100% cottons, maybe? again if you are willing and at your convenience! Thanks doll ~carla

pedwards01 @2edgy Sorry, I don't know what's going on, but my notifications and newsfeed haven't been updating in a timely manner on this app. I was on here earlier and nothing in my newsfeed from you. Wow, let me just say you do not look 50-something! And a size 26"?👌 I just lost some weight and am about down to a size 27". Ok, so most One Teaspoons fit true to size in my opinion.
Oct 07Reply
pedwards01
pedwards01 @2edgy I read all kinds of reviews before purchasing my first pair and the reviews ranged from size up to TTS to size down. I've found in all styles that I own, I take my normal size and they are "truly" TTS haha. All of mine are 100% cotton so don't have stretch like jeans these days that usually have 2% spandex. However, after several wears they stretch out a bit. I think you should stick to your size 26 unless they're uncomfortable and see if they confirm a bit to your body after a few wears.

pedwards01
pedwards01 @2edgy Also, I don't typically dry any of my clothes, but if you look on the one teaspoon website, some style descriptions say to dry them to retain the fit. For instance if you look up the black Freebirds III I just sold a few days ago, it says to dry them on the website. I have that same pair in a different wash and was hesitant to dry, but it's worked very well so far.

2edgy
2edgy @pedwards01 you are so kind to take the time to give me your honest opinion in such detail and I really appreciate that! I think I will take your advice, you are probably right, I will stick to my 26, thinking I want a couple other pair though in just different styles and especially the ones mostly W/knees out, for one. I don't think I noticed anywhere, may I ask your first name? LOL I hate not acknowledged by name 😜, call me goofy, but my real name is Carla, ahaha ha
Oct 07Reply
2edgy
2edgy @pedwards01 i'm not in a position to really check out your closet again right now, I'm outside, which is a good thing, but the sunlight is blinding, do you happen to have any styles in a 26, right now? And, I do not dry tops to completion, by any means, but I usually do my jeans, for the most part, just not bone dry where they would shrink or anything. I find if I don't, they are kind of stiff 😝
Oct 07Reply
pedwards01
pedwards01 @2edgy No problem, Carla! Still have a few things more to write on styles. My name is Pat. I signed up on this app over a year ago, but just started selling in the late winter. A close friend had an identity stolen, so I'm very hesitant about putting my info "out there", which is why I have limited info shown.
Oct 07Reply
pedwards01
pedwards01 @2edgy With that being said, other than that weird spam issue posh had a few months back, I've gained some trust in posh's system and definitely the majority of the community, so yes need to put some more info in my profile. Thanks for the heads up!😊🌺
Oct 07Reply
pedwards01
pedwards01 @2edgy Unfortunately, I don't have any in a size 26. I went from about a size 8 or 29 down to a 6 or 28 and now I'm in between a 4/27 or 6/28. My niece turned me into to One Teaspoon and once my weight stabilized and I figured out the fit, I went a little crazy and ordered too many😆😆😆 My husband said these look all EXACTLY the same except slightly different colors, so o know what you mean by the 1966 color being similar to the Vintage Blue hahaha
Oct 07Reply
2edgy
2edgy @pedwards01 OK Pat, I understand and gotcha now! Yes and isn't that a husband for you, thinking everything that is remotely the same color, or all distressed jeans are the SAME distressed jeans, type thing! Geezzzz, anyway you were full of good information and let's stay in touch. Also, did you see the tag from me regarding your sunset thermal?
Oct 07Reply
pedwards01
pedwards01 @2edgy No problem, happy to help! Others, including you have helped me on here. I love the community vibe. Yes, I saw the comment on the thermal. Sorry, haven't had a chance to reply to everything yet. Also, I'm going to tag you in another style I sold recently that has more of a boyfriend style fit and are a little longer in length and don't have the zippers at the ankles.
Oct 07Reply
2edgy
2edgy @pedwards01 oh no worries and no rush on anything, Pat! Just at your convenience. Yes, a good "community vibe" is a good short description of Posh. Definitely for the most part, but there are those, LOL! I'm always willing to help also, in any way, that I can to anyone that reaches out. There are a few hands full though, that are cold as ice. But the good outweigh the bad
Oct 07Reply
pedwards01
pedwards01 @2edgy Yes, I completely agree. Bummer those that feel the need to be bad apples. Luckily (knock on wood), I haven't had any of those directly, but have read some whacky things on other's listings.... So, there's another style called Hoodlums that don't have all the holes. There's a few different washes and some have less of the distressed look, but none have the holes that I've seen. These also have an interesting ankle. It's a little longer in back and they call it a bow leg lol???
Oct 07Reply
2edgy
2edgy @pedwards01 hoodlums sounds different and kind of fun actually. Already have two pair with zippers @ ankles, so yes, ready for a couple different styles now. And personally, I haven't had any bad situations either, sometimes people aren't as friendly as others, but no problems, but I've heard of a lot myself. Hope to always stay away from that
Oct 07Reply
pedwards01
pedwards01 @2edgy The hoodlums are also a bit more fitted, like a normal skinny jean. There are also the Kingpins, which have a bit more of a cropped leg, than the Trashed Freebirds, and the knees are blown out. I think you said you were looking for some that were blown out on the knees.
Oct 07Reply
2edgy
2edgy @pedwards01 yes, I'd love to have a pair of the blown out knees, you are correct! I don't see too many of those on Posh, there are a pair right now for $128 though, I have to make sure it's the same kind, for sure. There is another place, that I think will sell them for less though
Oct 07Reply
pedwards01
pedwards01 @2edgy Ok, I'll keep an eye out for this as well, and yes things usually go for about 20% cheaper on ♏️ercari as they don't charge a commission right now. Starting October 18, they're going to start charging a 10% commission, but still will be less than posh. Are you in that other app? I just recently started on there and am not sure how to tag people, but will keep an eye for your size over there as well.😊
Oct 07Reply
2edgy
2edgy @pedwards01 I know very little about it, but I have purchased three or four items on there, from people that were on here also and directed me that way. But I don't think I'll ever sell on there tho
Oct 07Reply
pedwards01
pedwards01 @2edgy It's been ok so far over there or me. Can't complain too much. Not as much traffic over there for me and doesn't have the community feel like posh. I also haven't figured out if you can tag people like on here. I've had one sale from someone I told on here I could do their offer over there and then the moonshine that sold last night and she found me on there herself.
Oct 07Reply
pedwards01
pedwards01 @2edgy It's time consuming keeping up with both though. The one transaction that already has been completed went really smooth. I'll have to let you know about this other as just getting it sent out today.😊 I also started to sell on eBay and some higher dollar items like coats and dresses have sold quickly over there. I got a little resale happy at first, but now am rethinking I just need to focus on one selling apparatus.😁

pedwards01 @2edgy Resale therapy is about equal to retail therapy! Just wish I would have discovered it's not rocket science to sell years ago haha😂 You've had it going on for awhile! I think that's so awesome your career has been in consignment management! I'm envious in the best possible way!😘😆😊💕
Oct 07Reply
2edgy
2edgy @pedwards01 it's probably good to sell through different venues, but like you said to keep up with it all, etc. I do it because I enjoy it and for a little extra side money to buy things on Posh. I virtually make no money, as far as actually making money, you know what I mean. I buy tons on here. Literally probably, to date about 200 pieces, since last August 2015
Oct 07Reply
pedwards01
pedwards01 @2edgy Wow, that's amazing! We've had to downsize, so have less room, but now have a lot more in he budget for fun things like travel and clothes (for me) and nerdy things like tech stuff for my husband. I've actually thought I need to keep my shopping budget limited to what I sell on here once I get a lot more things that I don't wear or extras out of my closet. Need to figure out how to only window shop on here and not get enticed haha.

2edgy @pedwards01 it's addicting, no two ways about it! So there is alcoholic anonymous, gambling anonymous, and I truly think there should be a Posh anonymous! Seriously girlfriend 😱

2edgy @pedwards01 so glad we did too, I've only met a handful, that I feel as close to, the others are strictly biz, and I guess that's OK, but I like this kind of rapport with special ones, like the friendship we just made! And in so many ways, it seems like, for us, great minds think alike. And yes, cheers to all that good stuff you just said !! 🍷🍷 ting ting ! Did you hear it? LOL TTYL, my friend

sarahariel74 Ok just signed up for M@&&@ are you same user name? Are these jeans stretchy at all or stiffer denim?
Oct 09Reply
pedwards01
pedwards01 @sarahariel74 Hi, yes, my name is pedwards01 over there. These are 100% cotton. Not sure if I would say they're really stiff though. Hope that helps. Let me know if you have any other questions and comment on them over there if you want to buy and I'll lower to your last offer.😊
