cfoxy84 Hi hun, I don’t mean to be nosy, I saw you purchased a Nixon watch you aren’t happy with. You don’t need to accept the order for 4 days once you receive it and you can send Posh a message from your order settings letting them know that it’s not what you were expecting.

And I left a message in the description box of why I was unhappy 😞 Did I miss it? I didn’t know that I shouldn’t have excepted it. Thank you for telling me what should I do now?

cfoxy84 @scman15, I would reach out to them explaining the situation and see if there’s anything they can do. Send them the pictures of the damage that wasn’t described. They will normally not have you accept the order and hit problem with order.

scman15 @cfoxy84 thank you so much for your help, I wish I would’ve known this before I excepted the order 😩 I think I’m going to have to reach out to Papl or my bank to resolve this issue now because if you notice in that last picture I just posted. I don’t think poshMark is going to be able to help me now

cfoxy84 @scman15, I just saw the picture. Definitely call your bank, the seller knew when you received it that you were unhappy with it, so she could have told you what to do, as well as helping you out when you reached out the first time being honest with her about your budget.

scman15 @cfoxy84 thank you for all your advice and your help, an understanding that really does mean a lot, posher to posher And I did just that I contacted my bank and 🅿️🅿️ and I’ve made a claim and I will post pictures later and tag you, so you can see exactly what I received I also screenshot it where she said in the bio that it was in excellent condition I love this app I have purchased many of things from here but I guess this is The risk you take sometimes buying from apps such as this Ebay😞
