iriszcloset @mckennakirk727 Hi there, I would say true to the size. The waist of size 6 is 14.5 inch laying flat (the top opening), and it is high waisted. So size 6 of this skirt should fit a resting waist around 28-30 inch (in my opinion) 😃 Mine is around 26 inch, and so this skirt is quite loose for me. Size 4 actually works perfectly for me, the waist of size 4 is 13.5 inch laying flat. Hope this helps!
